As our products are made from slices of natural high quality oak veneer, the grains may differ on each wooden top and each piece will have a unique finish. Variation can be expected with regards to colours and no piece will be exactly the same. Colour swatches displayed on our website may differ as a result of digital screens. Products should ONLY be cleaned with a DAMP water cloth, no products or chemicals should be used to clean the wood as this will remove and effect the oil stain on the product. Please keep products indoors and out of direct sunlight.


Delivery is not included in the item purchased and is an additional charge of R270.00 for delivery in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Please note that Touché Wood offer a nation wide delivery service outside of these areas using a third party courier service. The nationwide delivery fee is calculated at checkout according to quantity of products ordered. We also offer a collection option from our factory in Germiston, Johannesburg during factory hours.


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products and colours ordered are correct. Touché Wood does not take responsibility for incorrect orders. We ask clients to please double check the invoices with regard to specification and notify us if there has been an error.


Customers may return the item/s if the functionality is incorrect, undamaged, within 7 days of delivery in its correct original packaging. It is at the customers cost to return item/s to Touché Wood. If there is an aesthetic defect the client must give notify Touché Wood within 24 hours of delivery and give Touché Wood the opportunity to rectify the item before requesting a refund. We kindly ask that you carefully check all parts of the items at the time of delivery to ensure that there are no damages or defects. Touché Wood will take no responsibility of items after they have been received and signed off in good order. By signing the delivery note upon collection and delivery, the customer or receiver on the customers behalf confirm that items have all been received in good order. It is at the customer account to return the unwanted products to our factory.


We accept three payment methods, credit cards using a secure PayFast system, EFT’s (Direct bank transfers) from any South African Bank and Zapper Payments. If paying via EFT we kindly require your Proof of Payment from the bank be sent to hello@touchewood.co.za. All orders are only processed once full payment has been received.


We do not under any circumstance carry out any mirror installations. When delivering a mirror we do not carry mirrors up ANY stair cases- this is part of your installers responsibility as we do not have liability cover to do so. Once mirrors have been delivered in good order we do not take any responsibility thereafter, Please ensure that you store your mirror waiting for installation in a safe place away from children, high traffic areas or pets. No exchanges or refunds on custom ordered mirrors. We may on the odd occasion request the customer to visit our factory before the glass is inserted to inspect that you are satisfied with the frame.
